These Terms and Conditions may be changed or updated at any time by Claudia Mauriaca Cartagena, who will immediately notify the clientele.

Retail Prices
All prices are clearly indicated on our Website, including VAT (value added tax).  Shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed prior to the finalization of the order.

Merchandise Availability
Product availability is subject to change at any time. Should an order exceed the amount of merchandise on hand in the warehouse, will immediately notify the customer and/or consumer of the lack of availability, offering them the possibility to wait for the order to eventually be filled. In the event that said customer and/or consumer is not willing to wait, the contract will be terminated and will promptly refund the money.  
At the customer’s specific request, during the ordering phase of the purchase, we can issue a commercial invoice, which will be sent to the customer soon after the goods are delivered.

Refunds & Exchanges recognizes the right of the Consumer, who for any reason is dissatisfied with the merchandise, to cancel a contract in accordance with current Consumer Protection laws in Italy, based on EU Directives, without incurring any penalties, whether or not a specific reason for requesting a refund and/or making an exchange has been given.
Cusomized items are not covered by this rules.
This right may only be exercised by consumers/customers who purchased the goods for their own personal use. Any purchases made with the intention of resale to third parties (i.e., the customer uses a VAT Number on the order form), the above-mentioned rights do not apply.
Customers have exactly 14 working days from the receipt of the goods to exercise their right to request a refund and/or make an exchange. Customers are also required to return the goods and notify us by registered mail, sent to the following address:

Should you decide to exercise your right to request a refund and/or make an exchange via e-mail to ,you must also confirm your decision by sending a registered letter to the above mentioned address within the next 48 hours.
Special Note: Registered letters should always be accompanied by a return receipt. By using a return receipt, you increase the possibility of us receiving your letter in a timely manner.

Important: In order exercise your right to request a refund and/or make an exchange, your request letter must contain the following information: for those living in Italy, we need your CIN code, ABI, CAB Code, account number, and full name of the account holder, and for those living outside of Italy, we need your BIC SWIFT CODE, account number, and full name of the account holder.
To request a refund and/or make an exchange you must observe the following requirements:

  • express your intention to exercise your right to request a refund and/or make an exchange in the manner described above;
  • you must not return the item or items if they have been worn or damaged. They should be returned in their original container/box, complete in all of their original parts (to include packaging materials, invoice and shipping documentation, and any other accessories);
  • ensure that the goods are is delivered in a timely manner as described above. The customer should also understand that he or she will be liable for delivery costs and charges, to include any risks incurred during the return shipment. We recommend that you insure the parcel. is not responsible, in any way, for damages or theft/loss of goods returned to us via uninsured shipments. We will, under no circumstances, accept C.O.D. parcels or pay any shipping and handling charges imposed by the delivery service.

Once we verify the integrity of the returned merchandise, we will deposit the previously paid amount by means of a bank transfer to the account you indicated to our Customer Service contact form. In accordance with your right to request a refund and/or make an exchange, your refund specifically relates to the price of the goods purchased and will be deposited on your account within, but not to exceed, 14 days from the time the goods were returned to our retail facility.
The Customer will only be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the return of the merchandise.

The customer loses the right of a refund and/or an exchange if can establish:

  • 1. the partial use of the item purchased;
  • 2. the lack of external and/or internal packaging;
  • 3. the absence of integral elements of the product;
  • 4. the cause of damage to the product is completely unrelated to return shipping.

In the event that any or all of the above-mentioned conditions exist, will return the merchandise and charge the sender for the shipping and handling charges.

Delivery Information ships its products nation-wide, including the Republic of San Marino, Vatican City, the European Union and the rest of the world.
Alagalomi has granted an exclusive commercial contract to Balanceo Ltd (represented by Ms Einat Paz Adato) for the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Therefore, all residents of the UK must contact our authorized sales representative ( Balanceo Ltd) who is responsible for directly managing all aspects of purchase orders in the UK.

Shipping & Handling Charges
All shipping and handling charges are calculated according to the destination of the merchandise.

In Italy, the shipping rate for a pair of shoes is € 10,00. The Customer will be informed regarding the amount charged for any quantities in excess.
In Europe, the standard fixed rate for shipping a pair of shoes is € 20,00. The Customer will be informed regarding the amount charged for any quantities in excess.
We will provide a listing for shipping charges for the rest of the world.

Courier Service Used
The delivery services used by are:

  • Italy, the Republic of San Marino, Vatican City and the major portion of Europe.

all other destinations uses  DHL Poste Italiane, TNT.

Times & Terms of Delivery
All items available in stock will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours; Items that are not in stock will be shipped in about 3-4 weeks. Purchases made by credit card through PayPal or C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) will be shipped as soon as the order is ready to post. Purchase orders made using bank transfers will be shipped once we have verified that the payment has been deposited on our account.
During this period you have to calculate the time it takes the courier to deliver your order. The length of time and transportation modes may vary depending on the destination.

  • In Italy, the merchandise usually arrives at its destination in 1 to 3 days, depending on the destination. (i.e., in the islands it takes 2 to 3 working days)
  • In the rest of Europe the merchandise usually arrives at its destination in 5 to 7 working days.
  • For the rest of the world customers will be informed of delivery times on a case-by-case basis.

In the event that a delivery is unsuccessful, the merchandise will be returned to and the cost of the return due to non-delivery will be deducted from the amount of refund the customer receives.

What to do upon delivery of the merchandise
Upon receiving the merchandise from the courier, the customer and/or consumer must ensure that the package is not wet or damaged in any way, and conforms to accepted parcel shipping standards. Any objection must be raised immediately to the delivery service. For in the absence of such objections, the goods will be deemed to have been properly dispatched.
From the moment the consumer and/or customer receives the damaged goods or requests that the damaged goods be returned, the courier will be exclusively held responsible for bringing the matter to the attention of the delivery service. The latter is also responsible for any delays in delivery.
In such cases and Claudia Mauriaca Cartagena will be exempt from any liability for loss or damage to the goods from the time they are handed over to the delivery service for transport.

What to do in case of damage during shipping
If upon delivery of the merchandise the recipient realizes that the packaging has been damaged, the following steps should be taken:

  • you must express reservation by writing in the appropriate block “I accept the package with reservation” prior to signing the shipping document. By doing so, any damage found once the package has been opened will be immediately reimbursed in accordance with applicable guidelines stated in Legislative Decree Nr. 286 dated 21 November 2005.
  • reject the damaged goods if you feel you cannot accept the parcel with reservation or if the damage is clearly visible without you having to open the package.

PayPal is the quick, reliable and innovative way to pay and receive payments.

In the event the customer cancels the order, or is unable to fill the order due to non-availability of the merchandise, the amount paid will be deposited on your PayPal account. will not be responsible for any delays or damage caused during the reimbursement phase of the transaction.

The goods will be shipped only after we have verified that payment has been deposited on our bank account.

As a rule, the amount is usually deposited on the account within 3 to 5 working days from the date of the execution of the bank transfer.
If we have not received payment within 8 to 10 days from when the order was placed, it will be cancelled.

Responsibilities of the Consumer
It is expressly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false and/or fictitious data during the registration procedure required to activate the Contract Formation process and all further communications between the two parties. The customer’s personal data and e-mails must be factual and not be associated with a third party or a fictitious person.
The customer absolves Claudia Mauriaca Cartagena from any liability arising from incorrect or misleading tax data due to erroneous data provided by said customer, given that he or she is solely responsible for the insertion of accurate and up-to-date information.
Once the on-line purchase process has been completed, the consumer is responsible for printing and/or electronically storing a copy of the general conditions and the description of the merchandise, as one of the necessary steps related to the purchase of the goods.
The successful receipt of payment, using the above-mentioned methods, guarantees that the customer will receive the merchandise. Failure to meet these requirements constitutes an express violation of the agreement by the purchaser, which will lead to the prompt cancellation of said contract without the need for judicial intervention. In this case, Claudia Mauriaca Cartegena reserves the right to sue the customer for compensation and damages.

Contract Cancellation and Cancellation Clause: reserves the right to cancel the contract upon notifying the consumer/customer by providing him or her with an adequate and valid reason, in which case the customer will only be entitled to a refund of the amount he or she had previously paid.
