Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped: unused or altered.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with their original box, covering everything with wrapping paper or laminated.
Damaged returns will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.
NOTE: Outside the Italian territory, shipping costs and any taxes (from non-EU countries) are charged to the customer.
To request authorization for the return it is necessary to send an e-mail to email@example.com or call 0541 207489
within 14 days from the order delivery date, indicating the order number and item codes.
In Italy, collection will take place via Corriere GLS and will be implemented by Alagalomi.
From outside of Italy you can use our prepaid service with express courier or using an express courier of your choice.
Within 3 working days from receipt of the goods Alagalomi will send an acceptance confirmation e-mail.
Alagalomi reserves the right to inspect returned items and, if the return does not meet the required conditions, to send it back to the buyer.
